Yep, it doesn't have to be strict necessarily but I do think the consistency is one of the most important things for growth. Even bi-weekly is probably fine, it might depend a little on the content you are covering.
This might seem like a silly question but have you tried asking them? You could send an email to your most active/engaged subscribers and ask them to share the word or reviews.
This is so helpful as shows that even getting up to 79 subscribers has been an achievement!
I was feeling a failure! Also pointing out to look at open rates, much more encouraging than subscriber numbers at first. Thank you- now to do as you suggest and take another look at the details

I think even a number like 79 is amazing. If you could see them all in person then it wouldn't feel like a small number!
